BUSINESS APPLICATION

Financial and document workflow platform

A production web application that brings financial analysis, document drafting, sharing, exports and deal workflows into one controlled workspace.

The technical work involved more than screens and forms. Shared documents and state required careful thinking about concurrency, ownership and consistency. Limited server resources also made performance an architectural concern that had to be traced across application behaviour and infrastructure constraints.

InvoiceFlow

InvoiceFlow is an open-source Python toolkit that turns batches of PDF invoices into clean, structured, multi-sheet Excel workbooks. It uses parallel processing, pluggable extraction strategies and an OCR-ready parser layer.

It represents the same approach I bring to custom automation: make inputs, transformations and outputs explicit; keep the system practical to run; and design for the next integration or format change.
